Combining high performance and enhanced design, the W180 and DSC-W190 feature Face Detection, Smile Shutter and Digital SteadyShot technologies, says the press realease that we got. We anyways would like to comment on it after having spent a day or two with it. But yes what grabbed our eye is there affordable price tag. Just Rs. 8,990/- for DSC-W180 and Rs. 9,990/- for DSC-W190. Not bad!
Basic specs that these claim to have are:
A 1/2.33-type Super HAD CCD sensor, 12.1 megapixel resolution, 3x optical zoom and up to 18x Smart Zoom, enhanced Face Detection and Digital SteadyShot features.

i think this is a great offer to get for just 9000/=
its really great, but must check whether its original sony a lot of fakes are around nowadays
